About The Conference

About The Conference

Easychair CFP: https://easychair.org/cfp/QIRT-ASIA-2023

The Quantitative Infrared Thermography (QIRT) conference is a biannual international conference in which Infrared Thermography (IRT) specialists from industries and academia discuss and present their current interests and novel developments. Since 1992, QIRT conferences have been held in Paris (1992), Sorrento (1994), Stuttgart (1996), Lodz (1998), Reims (2000), Dubrovnik (2002), Brussels (2004), Padova (2006), Krakow (2008), Quebec (2010), Naples (2012), Bordeaux (2014), Gdańsk (2016), Berlin (2018), Porto (2020), and Paris (2022). As IRT technology gathers growing interest and the number of participants from Asia has increased, the QIRT council started a sister conference series called QIRT-Asia in 2015, held in Mamallapuram (2015), Daejeon (2017), and Tokyo (2019).

Conference Topics

  • Application of infrared thermography to radiometry, thermometry, and physical parameters identification and quantification, in all fields: fluid mechanics, solid mechanics, structures and material sciences, non-destructive evaluations, electromagnetism, medicine and biomedical sciences, remote sensing, environment monitoring, industrial processes and other.

It is our proud privilege to welcome all invitees and participants to the fourth Quantitative Infrared Thermography Asian Conference (QIRT-Asia 2023) from October, 30 till November 3, 2023, at Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. With increasing popularity and usage, the field of Infrared Thermography has seen widespread growth in its applications. This research area is one of truly inter- and multi-disciplinary areas of research and development. As in the previous gatherings, we are hoping to provide you with a great scientific and cultural enviroment to present, share, and discuss your research in this great research field. We look forward to seeing you in Abu Dhabi.
